Our products are all-natural and contain no chemicals. In addition, all products are fragrance-free and vegan.

All of Alpyn products are scented solely by the natural ingredients we put into them. Even though they smell amazing, they’re fragrance-free and we do not use any artificial fragrance of any kind.

Great question! Any variation in scent is related to the nature of wildcrafting. Our Wildcrafted Actives are actually harvested near our headquarters in Jackson Hole, WY and then added to our product formulations. Due our reliance on completely natural ingredients, it’s common for batches to vary from time to time. No two plants are exactly identical! 

Hopefully, the slight variation is a refreshing reminder that you’re supporting wild-harvesting techniques, which allow these powerful plants to thrive and grow after we gather the necessary leaves and blooms required for each hand-crafted formulation.

Of course! Alpyn products are designed for all genders, and many men on our team use the line daily with great results. Our formulas are also safe for all skin types – from sensitive to oily or dry. And of course, our entire collection is also suitable for adults of any age.

The shelf-life of an opened product is 12 months. The shelf-life of an unopened product is 2-3 years.

We do advise customers to try to keep their Alpyn products at or around room temperature whenever possible. Since our products are all natural, a slight separation or change in color over time is normal and will not impact product efficacy.

For our hard-to-recycle caps, lids and pumps, we've partnered with Pact Collective. You can return these via a local Pact collection bin, or by mailing a minimum of 5 product components back to Pact.

Use this link to locate a collection bin or print a return label. Pact charges $5 per return to help cover expenses, but they'll send you a $10 Alpyn code after your returns have been received!

All orders are shipped with the most economical option via USPS or UPS unless an expedited shipping method is selected and paid for at checkout.

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed.

Any unused and unopened products must be returned within 10 days of receipt of goods and are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus all return shipping costs. Before returning any product, you must fill out the Shipping Claims Form.

Opened or used items will not be accepted.
